PASAP AWARDS

Each year the PASAP Board of Directors are proud to recognize outstanding SAP Teams, Individuals, and Organizations who have demonstrated effort, above and beyond, in developing effective SAP Programs, Extraordinary Vision, and Distinguished Service in their field.
Review the description of each award below and nominate a deserving team, person, or organization. 

Visionary Award

This award is presented to a PASAP member who has expressed and demonstrated a key vision for Student Assistance in Pennsylvania. Through this vision, the individual has made important contributions both to The Pennsylvania Association of Student Assistance Professionals and to Pennsylvania Student Assistance.

Friend of PASAP Award

This award is presented to an individual or organization, outside of the PASAP membership, that has made outstanding contributions to the advancement of the Student Assistance Program in Pennsylvania. Through these contributions the individual or organization has demonstrated friendship to the PASAP organization and has been supportive of the cause of Student Assistance.
The Friend of PASAP Award is nominated and approved by
the PASAP Board of Directors.


Distinguished Service Award

This award is presented to a PASAP member or group who has demonstrated long term, consistent, and substantial service to The Pennsylvania Association of Student Assistant Professionals and Pennsylvania Student Assistance.

DISTINGUISHED ELEMENTARY
SAP TEAM AWARD

This award is presented to Elementary or Intermediate School Student Assistance Program Team that has gone above and beyond to identify barriers to learning. A team that supports research-based prevention programs, skilled identification, and also fosters positive connections with students, parents, and the community.

DISTINGUISHED SECONDARY
SAP TEAM AWARD

This award is presented to Middle or High School Student Assistance Program Team that has gone above and beyond to identify barriers to learning. A team that supports research-based prevention programs, skilled identification, and also fosters positive connections with students, parents, and the community.

The Awards will be presented and announced in conjunction with the annual PASAP Conference.
Nominations for awards will be reviewed by the members of The PASAP Conference Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
All nominations must be submitted by December 31st.
