PASAP Webinar: 

The Power of PDE Reporting featuring Jennifer Moyer, Student Assistance Program Coordinator and Amber Putt, Lead Student Assistance Specialist. 


Webinar Description: 

This presentation will discuss the power of PDE 4092 reporting, the valuable information it can provide and the potential uses for a school district, building and/or SAP Team. By quantifying areas of concern not only from a demographic and socioeconomic standpoint, but also shows elevations of behavioral health concerns. Presenting statistical data from the report shows the impact of SAP and can help drive future programming, grants, school initiatives, and Tier 1,2, & 3 supports.


Speaker Bios:  

Jennifer Moyer is a Coordinator in Caron Treatment Center’s Education Department and an approved Lead Trainer for the Pennsylvania Department of Education.   She has been with Caron Treatment Centers for 7 years.  During that time, she has worked as a liaison to several local school districts and as a supervisor training new staff.  Jennifer has worked with several of our local district SAP teams providing maintenances ensuring that teams have an efficient and effective procedure in place, as well as, working with teams new to the SAP process.  In her current position, she supervises several Student Assistance Liaisons and Lead Specialists in Berks County PA.   She maintains quality assurance for her department, as well as, state reporting needs.


Amber Putt joined Caron’s Student Assistance Program in 2018. Amber currently works as the Lead Student Assistance Program Specialist for the Reading School District. Prior to her work at Caron, Amber was the Director of a Before/After School & Summer Camp Program in Berks County for 7 years as well as 7 additional years in Early Childhood Education. Amber firmly advocates for all students’ needs while acknowledging the needs are as unique as every student and family that she encounters. Amber always strives to find the utmost equitable supports and solutions possible both as an educator and now as part of the Student Assistance Program. Amber holds a Bachelor’s of the Arts in English with a concentration in Secondary Education from Muhlenberg College.
