PASAP Webinar: "Engaging Parents in the ESAP Process" with Wendi Line

Webinar Description: The presentation is geared to inform participants about ESAP services as well as parent resources. We will be discussing ways to inform parents about the SAP process. We will also be highlighting the differences between SAP and ESAP programs.

By attending this presentation, participants will be able to recognize common barriers to engaging parents in the ESAP process. They will also be able to gain knowledge of what other teams have done to overcome those same obstacles in their schools, giving them concrete ideas to take back to their own schools and teams.

Speaker Bio:  Wendi Line is a Lead Student Assistance Specialist for Caron Treatment Centers.  She currently serves as the SAP liaison for the Wyomissing Area School District as well as supervises other Caron SAP specialists in the role as SAP liaisons to Berks County Area School Districts.  Through her work at Caron, Wendi has worked directly with elementary, middle, and high school students, providing Psycho educational support groups, prevention services, assessments and large group presentations.
