Highmark Foundation’s Huddle Up Against Bullying Symposium on October 28, 2014 at Heinz Field is fast approaching.  Please make sure you register at www.highmarkfoundation.org The event is being held in the East Club Lounge at Heinz Field.  Please use Suite Entry B, which is adjacent to Gate B.  Parking is also available at Gold Lot 1. (See attached map).

CME Credits will be offered.  This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Highmark Foundation.   The Pennsylvania Medical Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  The Pennsylvania Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of  5.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) ™.   Physicians should claim only the credit(s) commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

CPH and PA Nursing credits are also being offered.  This program is offered for 5.5 hours of social work continuing education through co-sponsorship of the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Social Work, a Council on Social Work Education-accredited school and, therefore, a PA pre-approved provided of social continuing education. These credit hours satisfy requirements for LSW/LCSW, LPC and LMFT biennial license renewal.
