    Keep your badge with you at all times. All attendee badges will be scanned upon EXITING at the conclusion of the keynotes, workshops, and sessions. All attendee badges are to be scanned whether or not you require professional development credit. Your name badge is also your “meal ticket” and will be scanned for entry to all meals.

    You must complete a survey for each session attended to gain professional development credit.  

    If you do not have dinner plans for Monday night, feel free to meet other attendees at 5:30 PM in the main hotel lobby (near the fireplace) of the Penn Stater to venture out and enjoy dinner together.

    After enjoying a dinner in Happy Valley, don’t forget to come back and join us for the Ice Cream Social in Dean’s Hall on Monday evening from 8:00 – 11:00 PM. We will have Penn State’s famous Creamery Ice Cream with all the toppings, great raffles, and DJ, First Class Entertainment, to provide some time for networking and fun!  

    • Room check-out has been extended to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 27th. Please be sure to check out prior to that time.
