Meals included with a full conference registration are Sunday dinner, Monday breakfast and lunch as well as Tuesday breakfast.  Please be certain to have your ID badge with you as the QR code will be scanned and is your ticket in the door.

All registrations are to be submitted online. Registration will remain open throughout the conference.  Payments will be accepted upon arrival at the conference.

  • Payment will be accepted by check, credit card, or purchase order.
  • PASAP's Federal ID # (employer identification number) is 23-2619764. Download a copy of PASAP's Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification (W-9). 

  • All payments by check or credit card must be received by March 15, 2019 (including payments by purchase order). Once you finalize registration, it is your responsibility to print out your invoice and submit it with your purchase order or other request for payment to your business office.

    RESERVATION INFORMATION

    • Reservations: Call 800-233-7505 
    • When making reservations by phone, please mention the PASAP-PAMLE Annual Conference 2019.
    • Our group's personal Reservation Identification Number is PASA19B and the Group Name PASAP-PAMLE Annual Conference 2019.
    • A special hotel rate has been established for your convenience and is subject to availability.  Rates per room, per night
      Standard: Single/Double Occupancy is $104.00 with the Group ID.  
    • This special room rate plus tax is available until all the rooms assigned in our conference block have been reserved.  At that time the rate will increase to $125.00 per room, per night.
    • On Wednesday, January 23 2019, Penn State Hospitality Services will release for general/public sale any overnight guest room block that have not been confirmed by the PASAP Board of Directors or conference attendees.
    • Check-In/ Check-Out:  Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
      Standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

      Room Cancellations:
        All individual room reservation cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night stay.

    CANCELLATION POLICY 

    Cancellations must be received in writing, postmarked by February 8, 2019.

    Cancellations received prior to the cutoff date will receive a refund less a $50.00 service charge.  Cancellations after the cutoff date, failure to attend or failure to notify the PASAP office in writing will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.  Substitutes are always welcome.

    No refunds will be granted due to inclement weather.

    Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Events

    If the PASAP-PAMLE Conference cannot be conducted due to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid registrant will receive any gifts provided to conference attendees. Fixed conference expenses will be paid from the registration funds. Any remaining funds will be refunded to registrants. PASAP-PAMLE is not responsible for any other costs incurred by registrants in connection with the conference. 

    PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS 

    We are pleased to announce that PASAP and the Conference 2018 supports up to 14.0 hours of professional development credits by the following organizations:
     Act 48 

    PASAP and PAMLE are Approved Act 48 and Social Work Credit Providers. In order to receive credit for each keynote and breakout session, participants must be present for the entire session and complete an evaluation survey for each session attended. Please see a PASAP or PAMLE official to scan the QR code on your Conference ID badge at the conclusion of the session to assure your attendance is counted.
     
    Social Work

    Social Work credits will be offered again this year. These credit hours satisfy requirements for LSW/LCSW, LPC and LMFTA. A payment of $10 will be collected from interested participants at the time of conference check-in. In order to receive credit for each keynote and breakout session, participants must be present for the entire session and complete an evaluation survey for each session attended. Confirmation of completed workshop attendance hours is forwarded to the University of Pittsburgh at the conclusion of the conference.  Certificates are then mailed directly to participants within a few weeks. Please see a PASAP or PAMLE official to scan the QR code on your Conference ID badge at the conclusion of the session to assure your attendance is counted.

    PA Certification Board (PCB)

    Attendees wishing to obtain PCB credits may submit an application to the PA Certification Board for individual approval. The application can be found on the PCB website at
    http://www.pacertboard.org/ - click on “Education” at the top of the webpage; click on "Education and Trainer Forms;" and click on the "Individual Education Approval" form. There is a nominal fee to be submitted to PCB with your completed Individual Education Approval form and PASAP Letter of Attendance. The PASAP Letter of Attendance will be sent electronically following the conclusion of the conference. 

    OTHER INFORMATION 

    CONFERENCE EVALUATIONS

    In an effort to be fiscally and environmentally responsible, PASAP and PAMLE have "Gone Green." Your session and conference evaluations are available electronically. You must complete these evaluations in order to receive your Act 48, Social Work, or other credit. This will also assist speakers and future conference planning. Please visit the PASAP or PAMLE website at the conclusion of your session and/or following the entire conference to complete these evaluations.  Go to: http://www.pasap.org/ or http://www.pamle.org/.

    EXHIBIT HALL

    Be sure to take some time during your stay to visit the exhibits throughout the conference area. Exhibitor tables will be located in the conference lobby, Dean's Hall area and the First Floor Break area for your convenience.  The latest resources, textbooks, instructional materials, educational and treatment services will be available. Company representatives are looking forward to discussing their products and services as well as answering your questions. Please take time to visit the exhibit areas.

    MATERIALS AVAILABLE AT THE BOOK TABLE!

    Publications will be available for purchase at the book table in the conference registration area. Take advantage of this opportunity to acquire some of these excellent materials.

    CONFERENCE SERVICES

    For the convenience of conference attendees, we have created a courtesy desk at the main registration area.  There will be a PAMLE or PASAP board member there during Conference hours to help answer any questions.

    DOOR PRIZES

    Scattered throughout the conference there will be many opportunities to win prizes.  These prizes have been donated by our sponsors as well as gathered by Executive Board members from area businesses throughout the Commonwealth.  Just by being registered, your name is automatically included for the prize drawings.  Please note, when winners’ names are drawn, you must be present to win!

    PHOTOS/PUBLICITY

    Note to attendees: PASAP/PAMLE photographers will be taking conference shots for our newsletter and web page. If you prefer not be photographed, please alert the photographer.
